Founder of both Cooper River Contracting and Cooper River Concrete, LLC. Provides senior level project management for restoration projects, leads business development, and oversees day to day operations company-wide. Offers litigation testimony for construction defect cases, estimating, complex scheduling, project documentation and bid analysis services both in-house and on a consultant basis. Displays an extensive knowledge of water management / building enclosure integration and concrete systems applicable to both new and existing structures.

Leads dialog between client, architect / engineer, and field supervision while overseeing budget, schedule, and technical product selection activities. Displays a heightened attention to building enclosure systems integration and provides a multidisciplinary approach to quality control. Responsible for maintaining and distributing project record documents, as well as facilitating contract negotiations, material orders, general allocation of labor resources.

Superintendent of multi-family restoration projects who has been a part of the CRC team since 2013. Possess a heightened attention to craftsmanship and keen ability to execute complex details relative to durability and water management. Oversees and coordinates all on-site aspects of restoration construction in often fully occupied housing / jobsite conditions.

Superintendent of multi-family restoration projects and assistant superintendent of concrete subcontracting projects who has been with CRC since 2017. Leads on site with a steadfast, cohesive approach and brings extensive knowledge in both wood framed and concrete construction. Also an experienced journeyman carpenter, with in-depth understanding of steel finish work, general carpentry, and construction equipment.

Quality-focused and experienced commercial superintendent with over fifteen years of field management, coordination, and construction expertise. Utilizes seasoned leadership skills combined with a knowledge of all construction subtrades. Joins the CRC team with a pulse on the local construction industry and with experience working on federal, hospitality and multifamily projects nationwide.

Assistant Superintendent of multi-family restoration projects with over fourteen years of on-site management and construction scheduling experience.  Brings the CRC team, beginning in 2023, his extensive experience in structural ironworking, construction equipment and general hand tools.  An excellent communicator, bi-lingual, task oriented and unwavering team player. 

Assistant Superintendent of multi-family restoration projects joining the CRC team in 2023. His Army leadership training along with his previous construction experience support his role with the company. Ryan is also a commercial diver with vast knowledge of marine construction and certifications specializing in iron and concrete subsea installation.

Michele is the foundation of the office lending over thirty years of human resources, accounting, and administrative experience to the team since 2014. Works effectively to provide organization and efficiency for CRC’s accounts payables, receivables and payroll. Also establishes and maintains relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
