About

Cementing Our Name

Cooper River Contracting began as a commercial concrete subcontracting company, but at the completion of its’ first concrete project at Charleston Oceanfront Villas, they were asked to provide Construction Management Services for post-litigation repairs to the property. These repairs put CRC in contact with property management and forensic engineering/architectural firms which opened the doors to multi-family restoration. Since that first project, CRC has completed a variety of multi-family projects, including condominiums, apartment, townhomes and condotels, in the Charleston area. A list of these projects with photographs can be found on the accompanying pages.
